Kota Jelita Sdn. Bhd. (KJSB) was incorporated in 1991 as a private limited company under Company Act 1965. Since our humble beginnings more than 20 years, the company has become one of the leading property developers throughout the state of  Kedah.The used of high quality construction materials, earlier completion of the projects and transparent documentation make Kota Jelita Sdn. Bhd. the first choice of customers. The Kota Jelita Sdn. Bhd. name, the professionalism behind the company, the transparency of the deals, along with the quality of work proves to be icing on the cake.

Managing  Director,  Datuk Liew Kooi Leng, P.J.N.  A.M.K

The company is managed and led by the Managing Director cum founder, Datuk Liew Kooi Leng. He has vast experience in the field of Construction and Real Estate. He is currently a well-established property developer.

 

Datuk Liew Kooi Leng is pivotal to the company’s excellent track record. He is farsighted and he had never focused his mind totally on quick profits. His principal goal is the homebuyer’s satisfaction.

 

Datuk Liew has received the ‘Ahli Mahkota Kedah’ (A.M.K.) award in conjunction with the 84th birthday of  His Royal Highness, The Sultan of  Kedah.

 

On June 6 2015, Datuk Liew has received the ‘Panglima Jasa Negara’ (P.J.N.) award in conjunction with The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah  Majesty’s birthday.

 

 

Director, Madam Lim Tang Moy

Madam Lim Tang Moy was appointed as Executive Director for Kota Jelita Sdn. Bhd. in 1992. Presently, with a total of  20 years of working experience,

 

Madam Lim is involved in the overall management for Kota Jelita Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

Director, Mr Liew Seong Yan A.M.K

Mr. Liew Seong Yan was appointed as Director for Kota Jelita Sdn. Bhd. in 2003. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the company.

 

With the strong guidance and excellence leadership of Mr. Liew, Kota Jelita Sdn. Bhd. continues to be a market leader in housing development with many on-going and future projects under its wings. He solely believes in Quality and Transparency.

 

Mr. Liew Seong Yan has received the ‘Ahli Mahkota Kedah’ (A.M.K.) award in conjunction with the 85th birthday of  His Royal Highness, The Sultan of  Kedah.

 

 

Director, Mr Chong Chow Lim, B.K.M.

 

Mr. Chong Chow Lim was appointed as Director for Kota Jelita Development Sdn. Bhd. in 2014. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom, in 2010 with a Bachelor Hon Degree in Building Construction Management. Mr Chong has good experience in engineering consultancy, project management and property development.

 

Mr Chong started his career in the construction & development sector on December 2010 with joining WCT Berhad for project Paradigm Mall, which WCT’s first commercial development in Petaling Jaya that comprises a corporate office tower, serviced apartments and a 4-star business class Première Hotel . He then joined CRSC Group from December 2011 and involve in a 60 acre township mix-development project which JV with Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) at Sri Rampai, Kuala Lumpur.

 

Mr. Chong Chow Lim has received the ‘Bintang Kebaktian Masyarakat’ (B.K.M.) award in conjunction with the 87th birthday of His Royal Highness, The Sultan of Kedah.
